I am a cynic & a doubter by nature, & was prepared to benefit from the beauty & pace of island life, delicious food & regular community practice. That alone would have been enough.

I was not prepared for this. From before the 'getgo' (gecko) -- I found my resistance skillfully guided to an integrated resting place so that I could set down or burn through the things that stand in the way of who & how I want to be in the world. The be.ing transformation retreat was powerful from start to finish. The retreat’s

location, on beautiful, undeveloped Molokai at the very special Hui Ho'olana, created the perfect container for a week of shared authenticity, vulnerability, discovery, magic,and empowerment. Reverend angl, Kerri, and Elena guided us with great care, generosity, and love through an intimate week that was grounding and transcendent, all at once.

I especially appreciated the opportunity to engage with different exercises that tapped into all parts of me – body, mind, heart, spirit. I am deeply grateful to have shared this experience with a community of wonderful women who helped shape this week-long journey. As I transition back into my life, I feel deeply honored, enriched, and armed with a wonderful tool-kit to help me continue on my way. Dina
