The first part of the be.ing transformation process is the self-illuminating application. The only cost to you for applying is your time, and your vulnerability. We ask that you take as much time as you need to fill out the questionnaire with your most thoughtful answers.
Rev. angel will be the only one to review your application after it is submitted, and upon acceptance, you will receive an email inviting you to secure your spot with a $500 deposit, included with your registration form for the retreat.
The retreat is carefully balanced to create synergy with other be.ings, and with our transformative philosophy. People are reviewed for a sense energy, diversity along different lines, vulnerability, an assessment of the value the retreat -- including the other participants -- will bring to your life. Not having your application accepted is in no way a reflection on you personally.
securing your spot
Congratulations! When you have been accepted, and are choosing to secure your spot for be.ing transformation. You are paying a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your space. You will receive an email from the retreat coordinator with details for the remaining balance of your retreat fee, including any "options" that you may choose.
You will have the choice of making your deposit & requesting to pay the remaining balance in full, OR request a monthly payment plan (additional $150 processing fee).

The tuition for the retreat is on a sliding scale of $4895, $4375, & $3495 per person, you will choose the option you wish to invest in, on your registration form.

To put this investment in perspective, you will spend five full days (not counting travel & integration time) with the attention of four master facilitators, coaches and embodied practitioners in your small cohort (15ppl or less). Each of us earns between:

Beginning in 2018, we added Medicine Woman gina Breedlove to the roster to set the conditions for being able to take in the resources of wisdom, spirit and land that will be available to you, by beginning our week with a sound healing session to clear old grief and stuck energy of all kinds.
payment plan
A payment plan is available that allows you to pay (2-3) equal payments beginning no later than end of February. This does not include any extra options (room/bed upgrade) you select during registration.
Retreat tuition for pay in full options are due by April 1. Payment plan options that begin in or before March are due April 15.
If this payment plan is not workable for you, please reach out and propose another, but please know that administering specific plans may incurr additional administrative fees, or be beyond our capacity. That said, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable proposals.
what's not Included
Airfare to the Molokai, Hawai’i Airport is not included, and participants are responsible for those arrangements. Ground transportation to explore the island is not included. Rental car and taxi information will be provided for participants who wish to drive and/or self-organize carpools. Additional cost for bringing back your "wooden staff" may also apply depending on your luggage allowance airline regulations. Options such as private accommodation, private massage or sound healing sessions are also additional fees.
refund policy
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. After that:
- 75% of funds paid are refundable with notice before February 1.
- 50% of funds paid are refundable with notice before March.*
- 25% of funds paid are refundable with notice before April 1.*
- There are no refunds after April 1.
*The declining return percentage enables us to offer a discount to fill your spot as the retreat gets closer and is more difficult to secure people. However, if there is a waitlist, we will make every attempt to fill your spot from there. If that is possible, we will happily return your funds minus payment plan processing fees if any, plus a $500 administrative fee.
