“Leadership is the intentional and skillful use of our power in order to affect what matters to us, or on behalf of what matters to us.
— Rev. angel Kyodo williams Rōshi
Are you ready to tap into your full power to affect what matters to you?
Looking for new ways to deal with pressure and daily challenges?
Excited to access the wisdom of your body?
Rev. angel's Third Way methodology brings you into deep discovery, exploration, and the practice of centering your leadership in the only place that matters: presence. Offered in-person solely at Omega, this training is designed specifically for those who identify as women and are looking for practical skills, increased clarity, and enhanced confidence in their purpose and leadership.
Through a series of embodied exercises, you learn to transform how you source power, manage personal energy, and exhibit grace under pressure. You go beyond mind-only practices that allow patterns of ancestral, generational, and day-to-day anxiety to drive you. And you tap into the deep wisdom of your body to develop positive boundaries, increase self-awareness, and release unwanted behaviors with self-compassion, humor, and love.
In this 3-day workshop, Rev. angel teaches self-diagnostic tools you can apply in the moment and over time to use your power with greater alignment to take your leadership capacity to the next level.
