Set Your Intentions
Making a clear agreement with yourself is the foundation of your training. Fill out the Six Spheres of Intention form. Think of it as six lenses through which to look at different spheres that govern how you show up in life.

Daily Reflections
A live Opening Ceremony kicks things off. Then, every day for 27 days, you get Daily Quotes and Queries to keep you tuned in and on track. Invite a broader perspective to help you discover your deeper truths.

Weekly Instructions
Twice a week, receive teachings on each of the Six Spheres of Intention. Short, potent talks from Rev. angel Kyodo williams master coach and teacher of liberation. Integration days make sure you have time to take it in...and get a break.

Private Community
Space
The private space is your own personal change cheerleading section. Meet people from other locations, geographic and social, who face the same challenges to change and are invested in supporting your growth.
