You register. You receive a link and password. You show up and sit virtually in community with people for up to 4 hours.
The meditation times will be mostly silent, from increasing from 20-40 minutes with supportive aid of "half-bell" during longer times.
The actual schedule and instructions will be sent via email by Friday, May 15th, 12pm PT/3pm ET/8pm GMT (sorry this doesn't work for Aussies!)
You can expect there will be some instruction, some encouragement, sitting, walking, sitting, walking, a short talk, sitting, walking, a break & snacks (bring your own), walking and sitting.
